Do you ever feel nervousness?


 Do you ever feel nervousness? 
Nervousness and anxiety are part of our life; even I faced lots of time but I learnt how to deal with it effectively in minutes. 
YES, IT IS POSSIBLE.
Two Core reasons are behind it: 

1. Before any upcoming critical and important event or meeting: People face severe anxiety before that. Like before the interview, public speech, mandate etc

  2. When results don’t come in favour, nervousness overpowers. It includes rejections and failures too.
Nervousness is the result of low emotional energy. People experience a sudden fall in inner-energy.


Nervousness if sustains for long takes people in severe depression.

The reason for nervousness is related to past results, and it critically affects the future.Nervousness = Low emotions = Low energy.
The root cause of nervousness is fear. Fear gets nervousness. At times its impact is so much that puking, giddiness, sleeplessness is normal. 


Nervousness affects diet, energy, focus and productivity. 




It is essential to come out of nervousness as earliest as it takes people severe depression issues and sleepless nights.

How can we deal with nervousness:
1. Practising resilient helps people overcome anxiety.
2. Drinking lots of water;
3. Involve yourself in energetic activities that calm your brain and drive some energy.
4. Remembering past success;
5. Figuring out more options for the future;
6. Drive your focus to upcoming assignments or projects that you are hopeful or can open new pathways for you.
7. The physical movement n the form of exercise and dance certainly helps;
8. Music and a good read.
9. Hot coffee helps.


What can be avoided:
1. Negative thoughts;
2. Thinking the same thing that is giving low feeling;
3. Sitting alone without doing anything for long;
4. Avoid alcohol or drug.
5. Following these steps, one can quickly come out of nervousness.

Don’t ignore your emotional challenges. It creates a severe impact on people.
