Misconceptions About Trauma

Learning and working with NLP was quite an achievement for me. Acquiring higher degrees never inspired me; instead, I wanted to have more advanced tools and techniques so that I could help extensively help the clients I could with greater success. Each session became more powerful and far more result oriented.

I had no idea I would help with Trauma and deep depression. The beginning happened when a client joined me in  Feb 2021. And she got transforming results, and then one more and one more. And my efficiency in giving results with learning and the opportunity of working with Traumatic patients increased.

The general misconception about Trauma is that working people can’t be impacted by it.

  1. You are working, so you feel OK at times- whether you are a working professional, entrepreneur, or house manager, Trauma can impact you. And living with a routine, you might not address the minor changes like lack of memory, being lost, blankness, dark before the eyes and many more mild symptoms. But certainly, your productivity and concentration will be impacted. It is much more obvious that you are experiencing some fear and anxiety.

2. You might have to take a long rest or break from the office- People have a lot of concerns regarding it; they might have to take a break from work. but people can maintain an easy routine and relaxing self the day they have a session or meeting with their counsellor. It is always advisable to relax your brain activity that day to get the maximum benefit from the session and give your brain time to absorb the positive shift.

3. Trauma can be recovered by fitness and meditation: Other activities like Meditation and exercises can help you maintain your routine, which is good and positive. But that’s not sufficient; Trauma impacts your brain; it requires process and procedure to come out of it. It is excruciating and essential as well for proper brain functioning. Your productivity, attention, growth and energies severy impact and by overcoming these terrific mental states, you can leverage a better life and design your career to a higher place.

4. Going through Trauma Treatment might impact your career- You might fear that your condition will not be acceptable to the organisation. Your better condition and new career opportunities organisation would welcome. You have to highlight and show the expected positive results to the organisation. You could get faster results in less time through NLP therapy tools, and clients could design new career goals. The continued process towards growth and career development is a stepping stone and plays a greater motivation for our clients. It is crucial to maintain the process of recovery to growth; we don’t leave our clients in between. And effective results and avoiding relapse are more critical. Trauma Treatment is a small part, but it largely impacts your relationships and career, and once the client settles in these two areas, here we believe our role is over.

5. Concerns about the Number of Sessions: Continuity is more important than the frequency and number of sessions. After the initial stage for some clients, once in 30/ 45 /60 days, it all depends on the power of resilience and stages. Continuity until you experience growth in your career is essential. Fortunately, I could see my client’s promotion, increment and growth. My one lady client was promoted twice, and still, she continues follow-ups for new goals and growth strategies that provide her comfort, support and confidence.

People can experience trauma at any stage of life. Intense stress stages can also lead to TRAUMA. If it is not a medial stage, it is curable up to 90 %. Maintaining the growth process gets better results.

The more you know about yourself, the better you can handle it.
