JUNE 22, 2019

Missing you…..
What happened when we got a message Missing you, from a person we hardly know…
When we really miss anybody?
Is that really a feeling of miss.
Most of the time we remember but we don’t miss it… Though we believe we are missing,  at times we aspire as well.
To have a feeling of miss, the existence of that subject must have been there in your life.
You can miss your old habits like any sport or exercise, an old house or workplace, you can miss your relations, friends & pet, etc. Miss is a strong emotion which at times can give panic and severe impacts on people. Miss is a negative emotion if persist long can drag you towards depression and anxiety. The sooner you understand, the sooner you can handle it.
And this emotion MISS is connected with the habit. You miss only those things which you were used to and which were part of your life. Miss is a feeling which is connected to the emotion that’s how impacts are severe at times in the absence of that subject. You can’t miss anything which you didn’t have in the past and experienced.
To miss something, it must have been a part of your life in any way.
Yes, there are many incidents, talks and person you met earlier, you REMEMBER them but not Miss. I remember my college experience or trip with friends but don’t miss them. Yes, you can miss their company on a similar trip, if the gap between the two is less, after a long gap you will only remember them but won’t MISS.
And when you want something in your life which you never had it and never experienced you can only aspire them, you don’t miss or remember them. Your aspirations can’t impact your life unless and until you start a journey to achieve it.
MISS is a strong emotion, handle it carefully.
Two helplines to deal with this feeling:
DO’S
1) Replace the subject with something else, not really something identical, it can be anything your passion, activity, etc
2) If the feeling is intense, time to go out
3) Reading on your favorite subject is good
DON’TS
1) No drugs it will take you in that even more
2) Avoid social media it enhances your feeling
The more you aware of yourself better you can handle it!!! As an EI expert, I’m here to find the unanswered questions. It is only a game of emotion in life, enjoy them, don’t allow them to rule over you!!!
