Learning or Unlearning, which is more important:

Learning is the essence of life. If you keep learning, you will keep growing is a simple formula. But how many times learning is not able to give its results.
Reason, with learning new things, unlearning old patterns are equally important. We learn new things and we are aware of them but what happens when we are not able to apply those things in life. Because we are not able to forget or change our habits and old patterns.

Human has a nature to adapt and learn things very quickly which gives comfort to them at times vision is very short. So initial discomfort becomes the hurdle in adapting new and unlearning old. And this applies to everywhere personal or professional.
But what happens when it comes to getting up early in the morning, to start an exercise routine, or leave tea, coffee, any other unhealthy lifestyle, consumption habits, old work patterns or technology and switch to healthy lifestyle or the latest technology. Unlearning is a challenge and that’s the main reason we are not able to adapt new habits though we know them, we have enough knowledge about them.
In Indian society, a microwave is a very good example of nonacceptance of unlearning.
Microwave is an advanced cooking electronic, but most of the Indian houses are using it for warming food but not cooking. Because they have not unlearned the old cooking patterns.
Unlearning habits, behavior, or work patterns are the main hurdle to adapt changes, in life through learning and knowledge is there.
Train your brain to unlearn habits and old patterns to adapt new. If you want to adapt changes and are not able to, be open to take help. Release your brain from thoughts and allow it to do more creative and innovative things.
