VG Siddhartha self-made man and successful business leader. His sudden death is shocking for everyone and very big damage for the family and closed ones. Whatever the situation is, what keeps you alive is your own emotional strength, motivation, fighting ability and HOPE. Emotional strength gives you fighting ability to deal with various situations. One emotional breakdown and people are not able to cope up with THEMSELVES, here SITUATION comes later.
VG Siddharth is a great example where IQ (intelligent Quotient) was overpowered by EI, Emotional Intelligence. One negative thought and moment and lack of confidence that they can’t cope up and can’t deal. They have that strength to deal with, they can, they only built that empire.
Our emotions change every year. It is recommended by the emotional institute of the USA that we have to assess our emotions in every three years for better awareness about ourself.
Intelligence failed and Emotions overpowered and people take such step which is not the solution of anything but when people not able to cope with such overpowering emotions they choose an ESCAPE from it as if all doors closed. Just need to knock and find the right door…
Though we all know the most successful business leaders are not the most intelligent people but the highly EI skilled people. EQ which actually survives you in critical situations and gives you the strength to come out of it. Though the presence of Intelligent Quotient and Emotional Quotient are equally important, though it’s only emotions which play a major role and govern our life.

It is very surprising if we have a fever or any physical illness we rush to a doctor to save our life and want to heal as earliest, but how people ignore when they face emotional challenges. Are these not harming you? Emotional challenges are more severe and life dangering. The long persistence of emotional challenges take you towards severe depressions and stress, and physical ailment BP, DIABETES, etc and then people rush to the doctors.
Just need to take proper help to deal with the situation, to balance the emotions why we hesitate and if we take such steps actually don’t get time in life to regret as well.
The more you aware of yourself better you can handle it!!!
