- For the quality check and maintaing higher standards, we in invite participants and clients to provide feedback
- Providing feedback and review is mandatory
- Privacy And Confidentiality are our precious JEWELS: we don't share any information or data about the clients or participants without prior permission.
- We inspire, motivate, and provide support to clients to achieve their objectives, participating in the course or completing the assignments
- We follow the ethical guidelines that supports human rights
- We provide full support to our clients, participants and people who work with us.
Rules
Mandatory Rules and Regulations for the Participants:
We follow discipline in our programs to run a system smoothly:
- 100% Attendance is mandatory for all certification programs
- All bonuses will be rewarded on the last day of the program to those who attended the entire program.
- Participants will get the opportunity to attend the missed sessions or the entire program. Informing in advance is mandatory and supports us to support participants
- We take care of all your queries in the sessions itself
- If you need any personal assistance, please book 1-1 paid coaching sessions,
- Participants presence, participation and consistency make the program successful and participants receive CERTIFICATES at the end.
Accountability and Responsbility
- 100 % Attendance joining on time and maintaining attendance, participation and completing certification criterias are participants responsibility
- Clients/ Participants are accountable for their actions and activities. We don't engage or involve in anyway.
- We will not be responsible for the clients' activities and actions during the program or after
- Sessions will be conducted on online platform like zoom / for in person or classroom trainings or sessions connect with the Admin
- We accept the 1-1 session cancellations if intimated in a minimum of 6 hours in advance or if it has been charged. For refunds please checck refund policies.
- Participants have to inform in advanced about not joining the session
- Participants can complete the missed sessions in the upcoming program,
- Participants have to complete the missed sessions within four months or in three upcoming programs whichever is later.
- Rescheduling : Only three sessions can be rescheduled with prior intimidation of 24 hrs with the package of six sessions(this rule is for coaching clients)
Payments And Refunds
- All payments would be in advance.
- NO Refund Policy, means once the transaction is made it's final
- Courses and Training can be rescheduled without penalty if they are informed 48 hours before the start date.
- We reschedule sessions with the advanced notice, means if it has not been informed and client or participant didn't show, will not be considered.
- We accept three reschedules for one payment.
