The secret of master performance.

What is the secret of the Master performance?

I used to think about what is there, how few people can perform so well. At times I felt they are born talent, but that didn’t help me to perform well. Yes, it was an escape from not working on it. It as I was growing, that myth also disappeared. Born talent is there; it matters a lot, but to make it worth one has to sharpen it. By working on our born talent, we can make it extraordinary, but most of the born talents are lost because of Unawareness about their talent and lack of Practice ( even if they are aware).

Although we are aware of the fact, we still miss it.

Practice is essential for success.

The practice is the only thing that helps you to perform better.

Can you perform better unless and until you practice?

Practice is the key to get better and better.

How the brain supports? When we practice one thing continuously ten times a week, it feeds in our subconscious mind. Even if you don’t do it for years, you will be able to do it because it provides your subconscious brain. Here I’m not talking about any learning, but the activity with the participation of the brain.

You will be amazed by the benefits of practicing. The practice is such a wonderful thing you don’t need a teacher.

Focus and observance can do wonders while practicing. Of course, if you get any guidance, it will add value to your life.

Only by practicing you can transform your life.

Here I’m sharing the benefits of practicing.

  • Excel And Sharpen: By practicing, you can sharpen your skills from o % to 100%. Sachin Tendulkar became a great player by just one skill that is practicing. Practicing the whole day just one skill. All sportsmen are an excellent example of master performance by practicing one skill.

  • Mistakes: Practice is the most powerful tool to delete mistakes. The more you practice math problems, the lesser the chances of performing wrong. The more you practice vocal cords, your “Sur” gets stronger day by day. Practice nullifies the chance of failure and performance.

  • Process of Exploration: Practice is the process of exploration. Why do I call the practice the process of exploration? Do you have any answers? Well, while practicing, you will gradually experience that you are exploring yourself and a subject, your limits get extended and you reached untouched areas. That untouched area is just incredible, that will take you to prime happiness and help you be an expert in it. Gradually you will blend your own style in that. That will be only you.
  • Strength: Skills that you practice becomes your strength. If you practice your power, you will excel in that.

  • Speed: Practice people to sharpen the speed. By practicing the time consumption can down by 80 %. If you are taking to solve a puzzle in 20 minutes now, after the continuous practice of an hour, you will solve similar puzzles in 1/10 th of its time. That’s how in all competitive exams, those students cracked who had practiced more.
  • Confidence: Practice builds confidence? Most of the stage fears and exam fears are the result of a lack of practice. Practice helps us to build trust. Confidence builds from practice. Check the spirit ( making the same product) of that entrepreneur who has been manufacturing the same product for many years. Did you see the confidence of your mom in making Indian bread ( Rotis’s)? They can make it even with closed eyes. Are you observing the miracles of practicing?

  • Core Ability: The skill that you are practicing for the last many years becomes your core ability. What is the core ability? The knowledge becomes a part of your inner being. It becomes part of your true self.

  • Identity: Skill that you practice becomes your Identity. It represents you. There are very few people who practiced so much that their skill becomes their Identity. Like Sachin Tendulkar is for Batting, Shankar Mahadevan is for breathless, Bruce lee, One of his quotes:                        I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.
